Communication Objective
Media Prism is a graduation exhibition website of digital media design created at Hongik University in 2008. The exhibition was formed with the title “Expand & Focus,” comparing to the extension of light of a prism. This website was made to be direct and novel as a user interface, while creating a unified look and feel visually. It is expressed in the three colors (RGB) of the expanded colors of the prism, shaped into cells to indicate each of the three parts of digital media design: information design, interaction design, and digital visual design

Tools Used
The piece was developed using Adobe Photoshop® CS3, Flash CS3 including ActionScript and After Effects® CS3 software as well as FIVe3D, and ActionScript Physics Engine (APE). FIVe3D and the APE are based on a native Flash APIs for developers. Media Prism was developed to implement 3D easily in a physics environment.
